My stay at the Captain's Club Hotel was simply fabulous. The service was outstanding, making every moment delightful, and the views over the river were breathtaking. The spa offered a relaxing atmosphere, although I found the mobile phone use in there a bit off-putting. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and I loved the attention to detail in the dining experience, but I noticed the outside lights were quite bright at night. Overall, it was a memorable visit with minor room for improvement.

I had a lovely afternoon tea with my mum for her birthday, enjoying the great ambiance and delicious food. However, I was disappointed with my parking experience as I received a fine despite paying for my time. The hotel itself is fantastic with luxurious amenities, and I truly appreciated the wonderful views over the river. The combination of great dining options and a beautiful spa environment makes this a must-visit, although the parking management does need improvement.
