The reserved parking spot was very convenient. It stayed mine for my entire stay. i loved watching the river activity from the hotel. the water taxi service was frequent to christchurch quay and mudeford sandbank, so getting around was very simple. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! with a real choice of fruits and the cappuccinos were yummy!!!
The wifi in public areas was quite patchy. It disconnected frequently which was slightly frustrating.

The staff were always helpful. They were very friendly and efficient. matthew, the bar manager, provided really good service and he always had a smile. This made the bar a very cute place.

The room was super clean and spacious. i really appreciated the fresh decor and comfortable furnishings. the river view from the room was fine. I never wanted to leave!!!
